The 3rd China-Europe Freight Train Spring Festival Fair opened in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, on January 21, 2026, bringing together over 100 international students, local families, and business owners to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year.
The blast occurred at around 3pm on Manuel Maroto Street in the Puente de Vallecas district of the Spanish capital and also affected the flats above the bar.
